About
One person. The whole thing — strategy, design, build, the part nobody sees.

I’m Carter. I run Carterative alone, on purpose.
24. Dole and Steak ’n Shake on the same list as the shop down the street. The brief changes, the standard doesn’t. I take the whole thing — strategy through to the last pixel — and I don’t hand it off.
Before any of this: D2 baseball. Same lesson — the reps nobody sees decide everything.
Where it started
It started inside a corporate marketing department.
Two years at Bonduelle — a global food company — first as a working intern, then full-time after graduation. I learned how a real marketing team operates: the standard it holds, the pace it keeps, and the way a brand that size actually moves.
I’ve worked alongside agencies since, so I’ve seen both sides of the table — in-house and outside, and what each one does well.
That’s where the standard came from. I kept the rigor and lost the layers — the same bar, in one set of hands.

How I stay sharp
Travel is the investment. The return is how I see.
I treat your brand like it has my name on it. Because in a way, it does.
